About Mall of Travancore
Mall of Travancore opened on 23 March 2018 on the NH 66 bypass at Eenchakkal, about 650 metres from the airport, and was the city's first large mall. Developed by Malabar Developers of the Malabar Group, it has about seven lakh square feet over four floors with a Cinepolis multiplex of six screens and a VIP screen, a hypermarket, a food court and a games zone. The atrium hosts product launches, music and dance contests, children's craft workshops, pop-up markets and festive programmes at Onam, Christmas and New Year. Its position between the city centre, the airport and Kovalam makes it a convenient meeting point.
