About Hyatt Regency Trivandrum
Hyatt Regency Trivandrum is a five-star hotel in Vazhuthacaud, in the middle of the city's cultural quarter and a short walk from Tagore Theatre. It opened in late 2022 and gave the city centre a large modern ballroom, which now takes many of the conferences, medical and industry summits, product launches, fashion shows and weddings that previously went to Kovalam's resorts. Its restaurants and bar run food festivals, Sunday brunches, festive buffets for Onam, Christmas and Easter, and ticketed New Year's Eve and Valentine's Day dinners. During IFFK week it is among the closest premium hotels to the main festival venues.
